# Skicka spellista

Skicka material till en digital skärm

När Digital Signage är aktiverat och installerat i butiken kan du börja skicka skyltmaterial till de digitala skärmarna.

Mallarna som du skickar till Spelaren eller kanalen måste vara anpassade för digital signage. Det vanligaste formatet är 16:9 men det kan skilja beroende på skärmens bildförhållande.

En digital signage-mall indikeras genom en ikon av ett filmklipp intill layoutens format (<img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/HSZuja4Atu7GDWOmM2nm/blobs/9GLHShK0cpIE2OClgIGN/DS-mall.PNG" alt="" data-size="line">). Innehåller mallen flera layouter kommer samtliga att köas.

#### Så här skickar du material till en digital skärm:

1\. Välj **Mallfliken**\
2\. Markera en mall som har ett innehåll anpassat för en digital skärm\
**3.** Klicka på **plus-ikonen** för att köa skylten\
4\. En siffra bredvid **skärmikonen** visar hur många skyltar som ligger i kön\
5\. Du kan rensa kön genom att trycka på den röda cirkeln med ett vitt kryss i\
6\. **Tidslinjen** ger dig en överblick över vad som kommer visas på skärmen. Genom att klicka på **Play-knappen** kan du förhandsgranska materialet\
7\. Klicka på **krysset** i hörnet av skylten för att ta bort en skylt från tidslinjen\
8\. Klicka på **krysset** för att ta bort bildspelet\
9\. Klicka på **Skicka till skärm** för att skicka skyltarna till en skärm. Inom femton minuter uppdateras skärmen/skärmarna med det nya materialet

Det finns tre olika sätt att skicka material till skärmarna:

1\. Spela direkt - Skickar spellistan direkt och spelar den tills du tar bort/uppdaterar spellistan\
2\. Schemalägg spellistan (kräver extra addon) - Spelar upp materialet på ett bestämt datum och tid\
3\. Spara till fil (kräver extra addon) - Sparar spellistan till en videofil (.MP4) som kan t ex. kopieras till en USB-sticka för uppspelning via USB-porten på din skärm
