# Skrivarkö & Arkiv

## Skrivarkö

Under fliken Skrivarkö kan du granska de skyltar som ligger i kön. Skyltarna är sorterade i olika mappar utifrån de format du har valt. Här kan du granska och göra ändringar som att byta format eller korrigera texter.

## **Överblicka skrivarkön**

### **Instruktioner**

**1.** Lägg till önskade format i **skrivarkön**\
**2.** Gå in på fliken **Skrivarkö**\
**3.** Till vänster finnes **Utskriftskö-mappen**, där visas även mappar med skyltar i de olika formaten och hur många som finns i varje format\
**4.** Klicka på mapparna för att visa skyltarna som ska skrivas ut

## Redigera de köade skyltarna

### Öka antalet (göra kopior)

1. Välj skylt i utskriftskön och markera den, klicka sedan på plustecknet

### Ändra format

1. Markera den skylt du vill ändra
2. Välj nytt format. Skylten ändras till det nya formatet

### Ta bort skyltar ur kön

1. Markera skylten, klicka sedan på minustecknet
2. Markera skylten, klicka sedan på papperskorgen
3. Högerklicka på skylten, välj Ta bort från utskriftskön

## Arkiv

Under fliken **Skrivarkö** finns mappen **Arkiv**, som innehåller tidigare utskrivna skyltar. Från Arkivmappen går det att köa om en skylt på nytt, till exempel med en ny storlek. Utskriftsarkivet sparas mellan 3 till 5 dagar baserat på mängden data.

1\. Arkivmappen\
2\. Undermapp döpt med datum och tid på när skyltarna skrevs ut\
3\. Undermapp med mallarna som använts. Mapparna sorteras på format, vilket innebär att A5 hamnar i en mapp, A4 i en annan mapp osv.
