# Logga in

Shoppa Cloud nås genom <https://shoppa.app> från valfri webläsare och enhet.

Shoppa Cloud stödjer två olika inloggningsflöden

1. **Användarnamn och Lösenord**

De användaruppgifter du loggar in med i Shoppa Cloud är detsamma som för Shoppa klienten. Om du saknar användaruppgifter för ditt konto. Kontakta din IT-organisation eller <support@shoppa.com> för hjälp.

1. **QR-kod skanning via Shoppa klienten**

Shoppa klient-version 3.12 och framåt stödjer ett inloggningsflöde till Shoppa Cloud genom QR-skanning. Inloggningen till Shoppa Cloud sker med samma autentiseringsuppgifter som angivits då inloggning till Shoppa klienten gjordes.\ <br>
