Shoppa version is more recent than the maximum version allowed

This error displays when you’ve installed a later version of Shoppa than the Shoppa version set for the account that you are logging in to. You will need to reinstall Shoppa with an older version to be able to resolve this issue.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Exit Shoppa

2. Type “programs” in the Windows start menu

3. Click “Add or remove programs”

4. Find Shoppa in the list and press “uninstall”

5. Download Shoppa from this link: www.shoppa.com/webftp/Shoppa.exe

6. Right click the file and click “Run as administrator”
