# Stuck loading

During start up Shoppa will check if any data such as templates or pictures needs to be downloaded. If there is, Shoppa will start a download for this material before starting. \
If there is a large amount of data that needs to be downloaded this might take several minutes depending on your internet connection.&#x20;

If you feel like Shoppa has got stuck at a certain point in the download process you will want to wait some additional time before taking any actions as the download is most likely still in progress.&#x20;

If Shoppa has been stuck for several minutes at a certain stage in the process you can try to restart the application to see if that resolves the issue.

Perform the following actions to restart Shoppa:

1. Click the Windows start menu
2. Type “Task manager” and press Enter
3. Highlight the active Shoppa found under “Apps”
4. Press “End task”
5. Restart Shoppa
